Open Recruitment Guide
IFC Recruitment is a rolling bidding Process

Accepting bids:
To accept a bid for membership, you must log into the Campus Director system and officially accept your bid. The Campus Director portal opens April 7, 2025. If you have been extended a bid, you will see a dropdown menu labeled "Bids Extended" when you log in. Select the chapter you wish to accept a bid from and submit your decision. If you do not see any bids listed, you have not received one at that time. You may receive multiple bids throughout the process, but a bid does not become official until August 22, 2025.
Once you accept a bid from a chapter, you cannot accept a bid from another IFC organization during the Fall Recruitment period.
Move-in for recruitment opens August 15, 2025. While there is no early move-in option this year, we strongly encourage participants to select the earliest available move-in date to ensure a smooth transition into recruitment.
Starting this year, Bama Bound will have tabling events on June 17th & 25th and July 8th & 10th at the 2nd floor of the Student Center to meet fraternity members and understand Greek Life with more clarity.
Residence:
There will be no early move-in for IFC recruitment this year. However, we strongly encourage participants to move in as early as their assigned move-in date allows. All move-in arrangements and registrations must be completed through the Office of Housing & Residential Communities (HRC). Chapters should not request or require any new member or potential new member to arrive before their designated move-in time.
Due to space limitations, HRC cannot provide temporary accommodations in other buildings before the official move-in period.
If you are interested in learning more about your housing options, and to schedule your move in date, please visit the Office of Housing & Residential Communities website (https://housing.sa.ua.edu/) or you can call their office at either (888) 498- BAMA or (205) 348-6676.
